Homeowners' Expo Schedule
 
As a special feature to this year’s Statewide Historic Preservation Partnership Conference, the city of Phoenix is sponsoring the Homeowners’ Expo. The Expo includes sessions on improving energy efficiency, how to hire a contractor, green living in an historic home, and adding on to an historic home, just to name a few. Also part of the Expo is a Vendor’s Fair with products and services of interest to historic homeowners. Admission is free, although it is recommend that homeowners’ sign up for the Expo on the registration page. Parking is also free with the postcard that will be mailed to historic property owners in May. Parking will be available in the Phoenix Convention Center West Building. The entrance is just south of Monroe Street on 2nd Street. Homeowners can also request one from the city of Phoenix Historic Preservation Office by visiting the office at Phoenix City Hall at 200 West Washington St., 17th floor or by calling 602-261-8699 after April 20, 2009.
